Volunteer opportunity - fundraising administrator

We have a great opportunity for a volunteer looking to develop skills and experience with a small charity in the area of fundraising administration. If you are organised, have basic computer skills and some experience in customer service or events, this could be the role for you. 

Working alongside our Development Manager, tasks might include:

• Processing fundraising information using Excel and our in-house database
  
• Support with events management, including promotion and planning
  
• Writing thank you letters
  
• Researching new fundraising opportunities for the Centre
  

This opportunity would be great for a student over the summer or a recent graduate looking to gain experience of fundraising. We will provide full supervision, training and expenses as well as a reference and support to find future personal development opportunities. 

We are looking for someone who can commit to volunteering for at least 6 hours per week on weekdays between 8am and 4pm. We can be flexible according to your other commitments.
