Our 30 week Inclusive Volunteering programme provides an opportunity for people to gain experience being part of a team, working towards collective aims. We welcome any person accessing our service to be part of our team; designing, delivering and evaluating the service we offer to our community.
Inclusive Volunteering helps people to realise their talents and learn new skills. Our strengths-based approach means we offer a role to anyone wanting to help out, whether it be in our garden or in our kitchen. Volunteers receive one-to-one mentoring and advice to help achieve their goals. People can gain practical work-based skills and qualifications such as Food Hygiene or Health & Safety qualifications. Not only can the programme help people get work ready, it can also have a hugely positive impact on a person's wellbeing and mental health. |
