Our Activities Programme gives people the chance to try new things, build confidence, and connect with others in a welcoming, creative environment. Our Activities Programme is a key part of our work to help people break the cycle of homelessness. We provide a range of free activities including a variety of art sessions, wellbeing sessions such as yoga, boxing and a walking group.

We host sessions based in music and sound, such as creative jam sessions where people can share their talents and learn new skills. We also facilitate activities which help people get to know their community and the people within it, including cultural visits and philosophy.

Our activities create opportunities for self-expression, relaxation, learning new skills, and forming positive relationships, all of which support people on their journey towards stability and improved wellbeing.
