​The Community Hub is delivered by a specialist team at the Booth Centre. Our team delivers support and advice to promote and sustain independent living in a holistic way. From 8:30am, Monday to Friday, the Community Hub offers:​​
  • Employment and Income support
  • Help with issues between you and your accommodation provider or landlord
  • Practical support and advocacy for people without a home
  • Quality signposting and direct links into other specialist support agencies including health and wellbeing
  • Visiting Agencies with no referral necessary (ask the team for schedule)
  • Advice and support if mental health or substance misuse is having a negative affect on how you manage your tenancy, temporary accommodation or access to services
  • Specialist support for EU Nationals (see details below)

Who can access this support?
This service is available to people that are homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • You should be over the age of 18
  • Couples can be referred, as well as single people
  • Offending history is not a barrier to receiving our support
  • You should be currently located in Manchester or Greater Manchester
  • This service is not for families
