Support & Information
We provide a warm welcome to anyone who is homeless or at risk of homelessness. We believe that everyone should have somewhere to go where they feel safe and accepted.
Our Support Service runs five days a week, offering people who get involved with our sessions the chance to talk to trained staff and volunteers about the practical difficulties they may be facing. We're able to offer a wide range of support, including help finding accommodation, getting registered with a doctor, accessing benefits and legal advice, providing support to attend appointments, securing settled status, reconnecting with family as well as offering support to tackle mental and physical health issues.
We work in partnership with many other local and national organisations, including Manchester City Council, Urban Village Medical Practice and Shelter to provide the very best services.
By offering a safe place to access support, we are able to help people overcome the issues which have led to their homelessness and give them the confidence to move off the streets.
