We welcome suggestions about how to improve the Booth Centre.
How to complain if you are not happy with our service:
If you are not satisfied with how you have been treated or with the service we have provided, please tell a member of staff. If you are still not satisfied please contact Amanda Croome, CEO. We will try and resolve any problems.
If you are still not satisfied you should write to:
The Chair of the Booth Centre, Edward Holt House, Pimblett Street, M3 1FU. You should receive a reply within two weeks. All written complaints are recorded and reported to the Booth Centre Trustees.
