Hi, my name is Chas and I am 33 years old. I have been using the Booth Centre for nearly a year now and this is the first time that I have had a web page. I prefer to be called Chas, Charlie, or Chad but not Charles. I have lived on the streets twice in the last twelve years and much has changed in this time (a lot of it for the worse).
At the Booth Centre I am involved in the Art, Computing, Maths,and Cookery sessions. I enjoy the Art because we tend to use a range of techniques, some of which are new to me. I am a qualified Computer Technician and the Computing session is a way for me to keep my skills up to date. In the Maths session I am learning ‘A’ Level Maths to bring me up to a level to carry on with my University study. The cookery session allows me to keep my cooking skills up and also learn new ways of cooking that I do not know at present.
I am also a volunteer at the Centre. My job is updating certain sections of the Booth Centre web site.
My interests are computers (of course), t.v., reading, cooking, Art, films, and Role Playing Games. My reading and viewing preference is Science Fiction, Science Fantasy, and Fantasy.
