The Booth Centre is a drop-in and activity centre for homeless people. The centre opened in May 1995 and is based in Manchester Cathedral.
The Booth Centre
This site explains what we do. You can find out our current programme and opening times; read about our garden; the activities we run and how we help people to move on. You can look up our latest news page. It also gives details of how you can help our work. The site has been developed with the full involvement of people who use the centre. You can read about what they think of different aspects of the centre on the How was it? pages and you can see their own pages under People at the Centre.
We will continue to develop the site and get more people involved. We would love to hear what you think of the site (what is good and bad – what there should be more and less of) so contact us or email people directly by using the addresses on their pages.
